MY FAVORITE EU CAPITAL

                      Reykjavik

Reykjavik is the captal city of Iceland. Reykjavik has about 120.000 inhabitants, is the largest city and the most north- lying capital of the world. Winter is so bright just four hours, whilw in summer the nights are almost entirely bright. 

Local name is taken from the Icelandic word Reykjavík, which is a composite of reyka in the sense of smoking, dropping smoke or steam creates within the meaning of the bay. The settlement, which was allegedly founded around the year 870 Viking Ingolf Arnarson, is named after there bay with fuming geothermal source.
